Gristwood & Toms have purchased two specialist vacuums with medical grade, triple filtration, HEPA filters.

They have developed a national manual removal standard with the Forestry Commission (FC).

Vacuumed waste is sealed in special bags ready for disposal.

To avoid spread specific climbing equipment is used for OPM work only.

There is no use of blow torches, to avoid danger to tree and any possibility of fire.

The company has upgraded all Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) including respiration protection.
